Coverage Details
Our claims department will do everything they can to ensure you are not without one of your most valuable assets longer than necessary.
- Coverage begins on the 31st day after purchase (30 day waiting period).
- Claims must be filed within 10 days of incident. Lost or stolen claims require a police report
- Phone/device will be replaced at a Diamond Wireless location after claim approval is finalized or shipped within 24- 48 hours of claim approval.
- All replacement equipment may be new or remanufactured.
- If your exact model is not available, you will receive equipment of like kind and quality in terms of features and technology.
- A monthly fee automatically billed to your credit card by Diamond Wireless.

Easy and Fast Claims Filing
- If you have a broken phone, call your Communication Service Provider to determine if there is a line or misuse problem prior to calling the Claim Center
- If your phone is lost or stolen, contact your Communication Service Provider and temporarily suspend your service
- Lost or stolen phone incidents must be reported to the police. Obtain a police report number and a copy of the police report.
